Job Position – Treasury & Investment Manager
Company Name – RAK Properties
Location : Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
Ideal candidates will have a Graduate or Master’s Degree in Commerce/Finance, along with at least 8 years of experience in treasury, risk, and investment functions within real estate/property/construction or related sectors. Professional qualifications such as an MBA or CTP are desirable.
Key responsibilities include project financing, fund raising, bank facility management, risk analysis, and cash flow management. UAE/GCC experience is a must.
