User Growth Operation Specialist Jobs in Dubai
About the job
Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing campaigns in digital channels and offline leveraging on the local marketing teams in multiple countries
- Design and implement user growth actions cross-countries to increase the acquisition and engagement of users.
- Analyze the performance of each campaign to deliver the best ROI and recommend improvements for next wave of campaigns
- Analyze user engagement metrics (from internal databases) to find out trends, behaviors that need to be improved or reinforced and help design actions to solve them.
- Work with other teams (Analytics, Partnerships, Product…) to create new proposals for increasing user growth and engagement
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree or Marketing/Visual Design/Business Administration or similar degree
Experience
- More than 3 years of experience in Digital marketing sector:
- Internet Company, applications, online services, Digital Agency and e- commerce department of big companies, start-ups in an analytics-oriented role.
- Understanding of local country digital ecosystem (main players per sector)
- Fluent in English. Secondary language (French, Arabic or Chinese is valuable).
- Project management skills as the coordination of multiple actions across multiple Middle East and African countries will be very frequent.
- Abilities as graphics designer (incl. video) are also valuable
