Key Skills & Experience:
VIP / Executive IT Support, Windows & macOS, Microsoft 365, Teams/Zoom/AV Tools, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Hardware & Software Troubleshooting, Remote Support Tools
Experience Required:
– 5–8 years in End-User IT Support
– 2+ years supporting VIPs / C-level executives
Language: English & Arabic (Preferred)
