About the role

We are looking for someone who can understand the concept of our store and is creative and has an eye for details. You can inspire and work with the team to provide the customer with the best version of our products.

What the candidate will be doing!

• Has the ability to execute the visual merchandise plan into creative windows, product placements, and floor design.
• Coordinate with sales associate to create attractive and engaging concepts.
• Prepare presentations for new collection launches and special events, sharing roll-out of information with managers and teams.
• Maintain and monitor the inventory management system including the necessary equipment i.e. display units, cake stands, podiums etc.
• Responsible for inventory tracking and reporting any discrepancies noticed.
• Be sensitive to new trends in Visual Merchandising and aware of customer preferences and responses, elevating customers’ in-store experience.

What the candidate needs to succeed in this role

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools.
• Minimum of two years of style, design, and or merchandising experience in retail or comparable field.
• Ability to design a space and enhance a showroom for visual appeal.
• Good communication skills and proficiency in English.
• Attention to details and ability to manage time effectively.
