Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

With 6-10 years of experience in the UAE, specifically within the building materials industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics, with a focus on ceramic tiles, sanitary wares, and similar building materials.

Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
– Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to optimize productivity and minimize costs.
– Ensure accurate inventory control through regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation.
– Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transportation companies to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
– Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
– Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
– Analyze data and generate reports to monitor warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.
– Collaborate with sales, procurement, and other departments to meet customer demands and business objectives.
– Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
– 6-10 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the UAE building materials industry.
– Proven experience with ceramic tiles, sanitary wares, or similar building materials is highly desirable.
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
– Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications.
– Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
– Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
– Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment.
