Job Position – Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations Management
-Oversee the warehouse operations in three locations Ajman, Sharjah, Fujairah. plan, direct, and perform warehouse activities including receiving, storing, Packing, and dispatching flour and raw materials.
-Ensure smooth coordination between the production and distribution departments to meet manufacturing and delivery deadlines.
-Ensure optimal use of warehouse space by managing layout planning and organization of products
Inventory Management
-Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee regular stock checks, including cycle counts and full inventory audits.
-Manage stock levels to ensure sufficient supply for production without overstocking.
Policy and Procedure Implementation: -Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with other departments to coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery of goods. Maintain accurate records of all warehouse transactions, including receipts and shipments
-Workforce Management: -Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
Required Qualifications
-Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
-Experience: – Minimum of 8 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the food manufacturing industry. Experience in managing warehouse operations, inventory control, and staff supervision
-Proficiency in warehouse management software (WMS), SAP
