Job Position – Warehouse Supervisor
Company Name – Fujairah Building Industries
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration or any other relevant field
– 2-5 years of relevant experience
– Highly effective supervisory skills
– Proficiency in ERP and MS Office
– Strong organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities:
-Preparing & updating Daily Delivery plan, Delivery note & MTC
-Preparing Daily Delivery report in excel file.
-Co-coordinating with Sales and production dept regarding daily delivery
-Monitoring of delivery activities.
-Taking special care of export deliveries to avoid customer complaints.
-Manpower management for Loading activities and Material Arrangement in warehouse based on loading plan.
-Workplace House keeping
-Finished Goods inventory on a Monthly and Yearly basis.
-Coordination with Sales Dept for daily enquiries, truck volume and packing list etc.
-Reduce the aged stock & nonmoving finished goods from stock.
-Reprocess Entry in oracle system.
