Job Position – Wealth Management Specialist

Reports To : Manager, Wealth Management Operations
Location: Dubai
Salary: AED 10000-12000 (based on experience & expertise)
Temporary role: 6 Month – Contract
Operations by processing investment transactions, performing custody and cash reconciliations, resolving exceptions, and ensuring efficient, accurate, and compliant investment operations services for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
-Perform daily custody and cash reconciliations and resolve exceptions promptly.
-Process investment-related transactions accurately within agreed turnaround times (TAT).
-Monitor and escalate unresolved or aging reconciliation exceptions.
-Support investment operations activities including trade settlements, corporate actions, asset transfers, and account maintenance.
-Generate management reports and MIS related to investment operations.
-Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and operational controls.
-Identify process improvement opportunities and support automation and operational enhancement projects.
-Provide operational support to Relationship Managers, Front Office teams, brokers, and custodians.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree.
-1–2 years of banking experience in Investment Operations or a similar role.
-Knowledge of investment operations, custody, settlements, and reconciliations.
-Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
-Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
-Self-motivated with a strong focus on accuracy, controls, and customer service.
