Checkout.com is looking for a Web Production Associate to join our Web Strategy team. In this role, you’ll work to effectively manage our on-site content to ensure performance, optimization and increase our publishing speed across our website. The website plays a critical role in our lead generation and growth engine. This role is key to supporting the ongoing growth and performance of our website. You’ll work closely with members of the broader marketing organization to launch new content and pages across our website. You’ll be tasked with understanding how we serve the right content to the right prospect at the right time and be an advocate for creating effective customer content journeys.

You’ll work with members of the broader marketing team to gather the content, imagery, and key digital assets to produce new pages and optimize our website, leveraging our CMS. You’ll also work to test our site to allow for an optimal user experience.

The role requires a forward-thinking, tech-savvy, and organized individual who has proven experience working in a similar role in an equally fast-paced company.

About You

  • You have experience in editing and optimizing content for the web through the use of a content management system (CMS)
  • An understanding and working exposure of HTML and CSS is required
  • Knowledge and experience in headless CMS (like Prismic.io) is preferred
  • Ability to optimize images and assets to guarantee best web performance
  • Tech-savvy with attention to details
  • Ability to communicate timelines and ensure timely project delivery

What You’ll Do

  • Update the content on various pages of Checkout.com’s website, including blogs, case studies, product pages, press releases, etc.
  • Work with our SEO manager to optimize content for search and update any META tags accordingly
  • Work with our Social Media Manager to generate and optimize any social tags
  • Work closely with various team members in the marketing department to gather the required copy, imagery, or any other assets that will be used to update the various pages through our CMS
  • Manage the publishing schedule by coordinating the timelines with various stakeholders
