Job Description
– Work Pack Planning & Decomposition: Organize discipline engineers to divide construction work packages (CWP) and define boundaries based on GOC sub-systems to ensure all design content is included without omission.
– Content Preparation: Define scope of work, compile relevant latest drawings (isometrics, layouts), specifications, and extract Material Take-Off (MTO) while identifying material availability.
– Quality Control: Ensure Inspection and Test Records (ITR) generated by the GOC system are included in the work packs.
– Issuance & Review: Organize internal reviews for completeness and feasibility before signing off as the basis for site construction.
– Tracking & Updates: Monitor design changes and immediately update/re-issue work packages to construction sub-contractors.
Qualification & Experience
– B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical, Petroleum, or Electrical Engineering.
– 8–12 years Refinery / Petrochemical / Oil & Gas EPC Projects, Prior experience in preparing construction work packages for international projects is preferred
– Mandatory Age Requirement: Candidates must be between 35 and 45 years of age.
