Department Manager

Responsible to manage the department on a day to day basis whilst balancing strategic goals of the Company and to handle all aspects of the store operations in line with Company objectives.

  • Bachelors Degree, 3-4 years of related professional experience.
  • Good knowledge of the Brand.
  • Solid experience managing a similar fast-paced retail operation
  • Proven ability to maximize profitability and drive sales
  • Strong team management experience

Assistant Department Manager

Responsible to manage the department on a day to day basis in coordination with the Department Manager and to manage all aspects of the store operations in line with Company objectives.

  • Bachelors Degree with 1-2 years of similar professional experience.
  • Good knowledge of the brand.
  • Solid experience managing a similar fast-paced retail operation

Visual Commercial

Responsible to work alongside the commercial manager in order to drive the image and commerciality of the store. In charge of merchandising the store in accordance with the company/Brand guidelines. Supports the commercial manager to identify and action creative/visual ideas for the store.

  • Bachelors degree in related field with 1-2 years of related professional experience.
  • Previous fashion retail experience.
  • Good team management skills.
  • Visual flair and creative thinking required
