Job Position – L2 Support Engineer

Job Description:
5+ years of hands on experience in Microsoft 365 support, deployment, or migration projects.
Working knowledge of Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Teams.
Practical experience with Entra ID, including device join states, MFA, and Conditional Access basics.
Experience supporting Windows device builds, resets, and domain or Entra join processes.
Familiarity with Microsoft Intune for device enrollment and compliance.
Exposure to Windows 365 Cloud PC provisioning and troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Defender for Office 365, and Microsoft Purview.
Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with end users on the floor.
Ability to work independently on site, follow structured migration runbooks, and escalate appropriately.
Prior experience supporting a tenant to tenant or large scale M365 migration project is preferred.
Relevant Microsoft certification (MD-102, MS-102, or equivalent) is an advantage.
