Job Position – Administrative Assistant
Company Name – Aki Group
With 1 to 2 years of experience to join our car showroom team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, in addition to greeting and assisting customers visiting the showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Direct customers to the appropriate department or sales representative.
Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, answering phone calls, and managing emails.
Maintain organized records and assist in document preparation.
Support the sales and management teams with daily administrative tasks.
Ensure the reception area and customer waiting area are always tidy and presentable.
Requirements:
1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role (preferably in the automotive or retail industry).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
