Job Position – Academic Coordinator

For the kindergarten department.
– Develop the academic implementation of the School’s Strategic Plan.
– Assist School Principal in leading, developing , and evaluating, Teaching & Learning (T&L), Performance Management (PM), and all related School wide policies.
– Advise Principal in academic matters; policies; research and developments.
– Analyse, evaluate, and report the School’s academic performance.
– Develop, supervise, lead, and improve on all areas of academics, including the curriculum, T&L, and assessment.
– Evaluate teacher performance through lesson observations and guidance.
– Design, develop, and monitor effective academic planning structures.
– Develop and promote best practice in marking & feedback, assessments.
