Job Position – Accountant
About the Role:
Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join the team! You will be responsible for managing our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance with UAE regulations, and timely processing of transactions. You will also play a crucial role in overseeing the commission process for our brokers.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records for all transactions.
Compute and process broker commissions.
Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations.
Manage payroll processing for all employees.
Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare financial reports for management review.
Support internal and external audits.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Experience as an Accountant, mandatory experience in real estate in the UAE.
Strong understanding of UAE financial regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
