Job Position – Accounting Supervisor

Are you an experienced accounting professional with exceptional leadership skills? A Dubai-based accounting firm is seeking a dynamic individual to join team
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage a team of accountants, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to deadlines.
Set clear timelines and priorities for team members, effectively managing workloads to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and expectations, providing timely updates and ensuring client satisfaction.
Oversee month-end and year-end closings, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Generate and analyze financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in an accounting firm.
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in an audit firm and possession of a valid driving license are preferred.
