Job Position – Acquisition Executive

Location: UAE
Experience: 2–5 years in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
UAE recruitment experience preferred
Female Candidate Preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals & other channels
Screen, interview and shortlist suitable candidates
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Manage candidate communication, salary negotiations & offers
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring reports
Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities
We’re looking for someone with:
Strong knowledge of the UAE recruitment market
Excellent sourcing and candidate assessment skills
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn & job portals
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
Recruitment agency experience is an advantage
Candidates with experience recruiting across Sales, Administration, Finance, Logistics, E-commerce and Technical roles will be preferred.
