1) Front Office Supervisor
– Previous experience in a similar luxury environment required
– Russian speaker preferred & prioritized
2) Guest Services Agent
– Female and Russian speaker preferred & prioritized
3) Female Kids Club Agent
– Previous experience in a kids’ club or similar role is a must

– Proven experience in hospitality or customer service (1+ year) — luxury experience preferred.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– A professional, proactive, and guest-focused approach.
– A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service to residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise and support front office operations to ensure seamless guest experiences.
– Welcome and assist residents with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.
– Handle resident inquiries, requests, and access coordination.
– Engage with children and families at the Kids Club, ensuring safety, fun, and memorable experiences.
– Collaborate closely with all departments to maintain excellence in daily operations.
