Job Position – Admin / Coordinator

Requirements:
– Bachelor degree in administration
– Proven experience in an administrative, customer service, or coordination role.
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
– Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
– Knowledge of UAE government portals and documentation requirements.
– Preferably hold a valid UAE driver’s license.
– Experience with DoE processes and Asateel platform is a plus
– Occasional client visits may be required.
– Standard working hours with flexibility during peak renewal periods.
Responsibilities:
Contract Renewal Coordination:
– Follow up with clients on contract renewals.
– Collect, review, and verify the accuracy and completeness of required documents.
– Guide clients in rectifying missing or expired documentation through the relevant authorities.
Client Communication:
– Communicate effectively with clients in both Arabic and English.
– Provide clear and professional assistance via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
Online Meetings & Client Support:
– Schedule and coordinate online meetings for contract renewal discussions.
– Assist clients in understanding and completing the contract renewal process.
Client Visits (Optional):
– Preferably possess a valid UAE driver’s license to visit clients when needed for document collection or follow-up.
Reporting & Documentation:
– Prepare and generate regular reports and updates for senior management.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
Regulatory Knowledge:
– Understand and apply regulations from the Department of Energy (DoE) regarding contract compliance.
– Be familiar with Asateel platform procedures for applying and following up on filling permits.
