Job Position – Admin Coordinator
Company Name – Accel
Mandatory UAE Driving License
Roles & Responsibilities:
Organize and schedule appointments.
Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Manager local and overseas courier.
Provides information by answering questions and requests.
Supports team by performing tasks related to organization.
Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations.
Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Registration of products on Dubai Municipality Portal
Manage Dubai Customs / Dubai Chamber of Commerce related work and online portals
Coordinate with internal department and external agencies – Govt and non-Govt
Maintain records and assist in visa renewals, insurance renewals etc
Manage filing
Data entry
Assisting in events (internal and external)
Skills Required:
Previous customer service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of MS Office and ERP software (optional)
