Job Position – Admin Coordinator
Company Name – Contech
Location: Dubai
A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar role with UAE experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage all insurance related policy renewals, ensuring competitive pricing and optimal coverage (MUST).
· Manage and process all invoices related to insurance, ENOC (fuel), Etisalat (telecom), camps, and Salik, including preparing detailed breakdowns and allocating costs company-wise and division-wise.
· Follow up with the Finance Department to ensure timely preparation and release of cheques.
· Coordinate logistics for new joiners (staff and workers), including camp accommodation arrangements, medical insurance enrolment, and other onboarding requirements.
· Process additions and deletions for employee medical insurance coverage and maintain accurate records.
