Job Position – Admin Coordinator

Company Name – Fisher

Currently sourcing candidates for an exciting opportunity in Abu Dhabi to support administrative and event operations across hospitality and corporate settings.

This role in open to UAE Nationals only (with a valid family Book/ Khulasat Al Qaid), In line with project requirements. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Roles responsibilities:
-Provide administrative support across departments
-Coordinate internal and external events, including logistics, scheduling, and setup
-Assist with venue bookings, catering arrangements, and guest communications
-Support event registration, attendee tracking, and post-event reporting
-Manage documentation and ensure smooth office operations
-Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams
-Support daily tasks and contribute to overall team efficiency

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (required)
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
-Previous experience in administrative or event coordination roles is preferred
-Strong organizational and communication skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools
-Ability to multitask and thrive in fast-paced settings
-Positive attitude and willingness to learn
