Job Position – Admin Officer

Looking for an experienced and well-organized Admin Officer to join this team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a background in delivery services/logistics companies, especially those dealing with Bike and Car Riders, and should be capable of handling daily administrative and operational responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage all administrative operations related to bike and car rider teams.
– Maintain up-to-date records of riders, their documents (licenses, Emirates ID, visas), and fleet data.
– Coordinate with recruitment teams for onboarding new riders and ensuring complete documentation.
– Manage schedules, attendance, and performance records of riders.
– Serve as a communication bridge between management and field operations.
– Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
– Handle renewals of contracts, visa follow-ups, and coordination with PROs.
– Assist in resolving operational or rider-related issues promptly and efficiently.
– Provide weekly and monthly reports to management on admin and rider operations.
Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years of admin experience in a delivery or logistics company.
– Strong understanding of fleet/rider management procedures in the UAE.
– Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
– Familiarity with document handling, filing systems, and local compliance standards.
– Excellent communication and coordination skills.
– Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
