Job Position – Administration Assistant

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Responsibilities:
Oversee office administration and manage the company’s vehicle fleet, ensuring efficient operations.
Prepare and manage monthly invoices for vehicle leases, traffic fines, and garage services.
Maintain vehicle allocation records and assist users with fines, service needs, and vendor coordination.
Track vehicle handovers and clearances during employee leave or exit.
Ensure Salik/Darb balances and vehicle registration documents are up to date.
Handle quotes, deliveries, and LPOs for office supplies and coordinate timely payments with Accounts.
