Job Position – Administrative Assistant
Company Name – Wells Fargo
To provide support to Dubai branch’s administrative and operational matters and assistance to team members with regards to meeting scheduling, logistics and travel.
Responsibilities:
- Management and allocation of Dubai branch expenses and related monthly management account reporting.
- Coordinating with relevant parties for renewal of trade/other licenses of Dubai Branch.
- On an on-going basis conduct an operational review of regional policies and practices, including the continuous identification and implementation of process and system improvements.
- Support the Branch Manager for the Administrative and Governance related tasks.
- Ensure the appropriate level of coordination with the support functions: Finance, Technology, Operations, Telecom, and Facilities Management.
- Vendor management: ensure compliance with third party service provider corporate policies and processes.
- Comprehensive reception duties.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Experience in Administrative Support
- English speaking
- Arabic a benefit but not a necessity.
Job Expectations:
- Wells Fargo operates a Hybrid working model combining office and home working. The requirement is a minimum of 3 days in the office.
