Job Position – Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
Admin Work:
Work independently in routine matters, determine appropriate course of action, intervene where necessary and liaise between departments; keep managers informed where appropriate.
Handle and respond to all employees queries related but not restricted to account documentation, updating files.
Handle phone calls, emails, and communications promptly.
Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.

Procurement Assistant:
To support the sales team in the organization.
Inquire pricing to supplier based on tender requisition.
Maintaining proper purchasing records, price lists, supplier details (catalogue,company profile,) & progress report.
Discover new suppliers in market for procurements requirements.
Coordinate and ensure timely schedule of delivery.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
-At least 2 years’ experience in the same field (Interior Design & Fit-out Company).
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
-Proficient in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
-Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
