Hiring for an Administrative / HR assistant to join Team.
• End-to-end recruiting from junior to senior level .
• Prepare offer and joining letter .
• Joining formalities and prepare employee files.
• Maintain master employee database.
• Prepare memorandum, deduction report and other letter as instructed.
• Coordinate with PRO for employees visa, visa renewals and other labor and immigration activities .
• Maintain the renewal of our Trades licenses .
• Apply DAMAN insurance for employees / Cancelation if required .
• Practical experience in recruitment.
•Maintain and updates the master list of all ours vehicles .
•Coordinate with the Operation Manager, sites supervisor for the renewal of the vehicles.
•knowledge on insurances ( motors and medical….).
• Other administrative work if necessary.
• Ready to join immediately Salary: up on interview.
• Minimum 2 years in the UAE.
• Human Resources: 2 years (preferred)
• Location : Ajman
