Job Position – AI Success Manager
Company Name – Marc Ellis
Location: Onsite – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Job Type: 12 months Extendable (under the payroll of Marc Ellis)
This role is responsible for end-to-end coordination and governance of Advanced Analytics (AA) and AI use cases across the organization. The role works closely on the setup of cross-functional AI squads, supports model development and deployment, and ensures smooth operationalization of AI solutions into business-as-usual processes. Acting as a key liaison between analytics teams, business units, platform administrators, and finance, the role focuses on removing delivery bottlenecks, tracking value realization, and driving effective adoption of AI outcomes through strong governance and change management.
Experience:
• Excellent understanding of machine learning models.
• Well-versed in the different steps of the AA & AI use case lifecycle.
• Basic understanding of banking finance and revenue models.
• Basic familiarity with main use case development concepts:
Data engineering
Feature engineering
Model building o Testing
Operationalization
• Basic familiarity with Python, R, and DataRobot (a plus).
• Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Excellent leadership skills to effectively collaborate with and manage multiple teams.
• Excellent planning, time management, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and execution-focused approach.
• Ability to manage own workload, work efficiently, and meet deadlines.
