1) QA/QC Engineer
Job Description:
– To monitor QA/QC related activities of the Project during the execution of Aluminium Curtain Walls, Skylights, Aluminium Composite Panels, Doors and Windows, etc…
– To provide proactive resolution on quality related problems may arise on the projects.
– To ensure that all installed Aluminium, ACP, Accessories, Gaskets, etc. are accordance with the specified material.
– To prepare and submit QA/QC inspection report to the Project Manager/Management.
– And all other related works, etc….
Requirement:
– Minimum 5-7 years of experience
– Able to join immediately.
– Ability to commute/relocate:
Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Pay: AED 3,500.00 – AED 5000.00 per month
2) Project Manager
JOB Description:
– Responsible for ensuring that construction and engineering projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality requirements.
– Main duty to create and maintain project schedules using specialized software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
– Communicating both internally and externally
– Assessing risks
– Managing a budget
– Planning, budgeting, scheduling, and tracking a project plan
– Ensuring project delivery within budget and on time
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
– Experience working in a planning or project management role.
– Knowledge of project management software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera6.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– Knowledge of construction or manufacturing processes is a plus.
Pay: AED 10,000.00 – AED 15,000.00 per month
3) Accountant
JOB Description:
– Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
– Completing analysis of the employee expenditures
– Managing income and expenditure accounts
– Generating the company’s financial reports using income and expenditure data
– Keeping a check on the company’s finances based on financial status
– Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
– Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: AED 3000.00 – AED 5,000.00 per month

4) Planning Engineer
JOB Description:

5) Site Engineer
Responsibilities
– Assist with on-site management to ensure project success.
– Ensure project plan is moving forward to meet anticipated deadlines.
– Responsible for RFI and submittal process.
– Processes owner billings and project related accounting issues.
– Record and maintain daily site events.
– Monitor progress of work against Construction programme to ensure that the progress is in accordance to the Construction Programme.
– Take necessary corrective actions on work requiring rework or remedial actions.
– Check if executed works are in accordance with the approved specs and shop drawings.
– Preparing reports as required.
– All other related works, etc…
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
– 3-5 years’ of experience as a project coordinator, project engineer, or project manager
– Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.
Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
6) Facade/Aluminium Draftsman
Any Nationality
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Glass & Aluminum Field.
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
– Fast and accurate detailers.
– Able to join immediately.
Salary range: AED 2500 – AED 3000 + Accommodation
