1) Fit-Out & Joinery Works Estimator
2) Quantity Surveyor
Employment: Full-Time
Key responsibilities:
– Prepare detailed BOQs, estimates and cost calculations
– Review drawings, specifications and tender documents
– Prepare quotations and tender submissions
– Take off quantities for fit-out and joinery works
– Obtain and compare material/subcontractor quotations
– Monitor project costs, variations and commercial requirements
– Coordinate with project, design and procurement teams
Requirements:
– Experience in interior fit-out and joinery works
– Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, BOQ and costing
– Good knowledge of UAE construction market and materials
– Excellent attention to detail and commercial understanding
– Dubai/UAE experience preferred
