About the job

The candidate will conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis for global agricultural commodities traders. They will deal with large amounts of data, process it to get insights and generate reports to communicate effectively with clients. The company’s goal is also to optimise and improve processes, for which, knowledge or experience in IT will be preferable.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organise data from multiple sources in a timely manner
• Maintain and expand internal supply & demand databases
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for clients
• Supervise process improvement projects with external vendors
• Work collaboratively with team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree/ equivalent or sufficient experience in finance, IT, business, economics or any field that requires working with data
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Experience with macros and VBA will be preferred

Salary

• AED 5000 – 8000 per month
• Office location: Ibn Battuta Gate
