Job Position – Application System Analyst

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Investigate and diagnose complex technical escalates to Application Vendor.
– SQL Scripting: Write and program T-SQL in Microsoft SQL to maintain Internal Application and Data Base. Need to create the reports based on the requirement.
– Strong understanding API integrations and communicated to vendors and banks while any error occurred.
– System Monitoring and Maintenance: Monitor system performance, health, and availability using various tools and technologies.
– Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides, knowledge base articles, and best practices.
– Incident Management: Manage and prioritize incidents based on their impact and urgency.
– Ensure incidents are tracked, monitored, and resolved within agreed-upon service level agreements (SLAs). Provide timely updates to stakeholders and maintain a thorough incident record.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
– Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
– Extensive experience in technical support or system administration, preferably in a complex enterprise environment.
– Experience in Remittance, WPS and Digital platform.
– Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and design effective solutions.
– Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., SQL) and experience with automation tools is desirable.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, stakeholders, and team members effectively.
– Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
– Continuous learning mindset and a passion for staying up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
