Job Position – Area Development Managers
Company Name – Iffco
GT (Dry) for AUH/Alain region, interested to grow their careers with one of the most reputed organization in Gulf.
Management of the sales and distribution activities of Dry category in Abu Dhabi & Al Ain for General Trade (LG/SG) function. This includes all related business activities relating to; manpower structure, products, customers.
Basic responsibilities:
To achieve sales targets for the area specified
Leadership of the sales team
Responsible to the profitability of the assigned area
Accountable to the collection and receivables
To achieve distribution targets by channel and category
Accountable to the allocated marketing budget
Setting monthly targets to sales team in area
Customer serviceability
KPI’s:
Volume and Value target achievement & collection targets within timeline.
Service targets being exceeded.
Correct product distribution in outlets under supervision.
Achieving operational benchmark standards.
Development of personnel
TMI management
Qualification:
Bachelor degree in business or management related field.
MBA Preferable
Work Experience:
5 to 7 years’ experience in Sales role in the assigned market.
5 years’ experience in managing the GT channels for FMCG industry, preferably dealing with food products sales
