Job Position – Area Development Representative

Looking for motivated individuals to manage and grow assigned territories, build strong client relationships, and drive sales performance.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and manage sales territory to achieve monthly & annual targets
– Identify new business opportunities and onboard new customers/outlets
– Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
– Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability and visibility
– Monitor competitor activities and market trends
– Execute sales plans, promotions, and marketing campaigns
Requirements:
– FMCG field sales experience preferred
– Strong communication and negotiation skills
– Target-oriented and self-motivated
