Export, you will drive sales growth across international markets, develop strong distributor relationships, and build new opportunities for perfumes, cosmetics, and personal care products. This is a high-impact role where your leadership, market knowledge, and passion for growth will shape our success story.

Key Responsibilities

-Develop and implement export sales strategies to meet and exceed regional targets
-Build and grow strong relationships with distributors, agents, and international partners
-Identify new market opportunities in perfumes, cosmetics, and personal care
-Conduct market research to track trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity
-Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients
-Deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to management
-Ensure compliance with export documentation, regulations, and policies
-Collaborate with marketing teams on product launches, promotions, and exhibitions
-Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and client visits abroad

Qualifications & Skills
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
– 5–8 years of proven sales experience in perfumes, cosmetics, FMCG, or beauty industry (min. 3 years in export sales)
– Strong negotiation and business development expertise
– Energetic, positive, and dynamic personality
– Fluent in English
– Willingness to travel frequently across international markets
