Job Position – Assistant Facilities Manager
Company Name – Infracare Facilities Management
Manage implementation and performance monitoring of service level agreements for Hard Services.
Ensuring that all assigned facilities are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance.
Planning by forecasting the facilities upcoming needs and requirements.
Prepare the scope of work for the assigned MEP CAPEX & project works.
Conduct site surveys, estimation ,heat load calculations and power requirements.
Overseeing any renovations, refurbishments, and MEP projects.
Improve work by enhancing productivity, reducing downtime, and streamlining daily operations.
Manage implementation and performance monitoring of commercial agreements to ensure that contract variances are managed efficiently and within budget expectations.
Implement the appropriate levels of financial authorities when processing payment to your service provider.
Ensure that all commercial documentation is managed effectively to client submission.
Oversee overall planning, expenditure controls and execution of works until completion.
Responsible for developing and managing a pro-active working relationship with the business partners to establish areas of service improvements.
Prepare management reports for the Management inclusive of building tour audits, maintenance and additional works, service provider operative’s reports, work in progress.
Attend external audits and ensure all company policies and procedures are followed.
Attend weekly and monthly key line manager meetings and report accordingly on the area of responsibility.
Report accordingly through the escalation procedures any emergency issues that occur within your area of responsibility.
Improve the operational systems, processes, and reporting systems.
Ensure to follow office safety, fire safety and emergency protocols where applicable.
Qualification:
· BE or BTech in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering
Experience:
· 7 years’ experience in which atleast 3-4 years as FM or AFM
· Project based experienced candidate is preferred.
Specific Skills:
. Working experience in CAFM software
· Knowledge in DEWA/ADDC/SEWA regulations/DCD/ADCD/Sharjah civil defense regulations.
· Knowledge in DCD/ADCD/Sharjah civil defense regulations.
. Knowledge in HVAC design and Installation.
. MIS reporting knowledge.
· Commercial and budgetary skills.
· Project Management Skills.
. Good leadership and communication skills.
· Driving license is mandatory.
