Brief Description:
Personal Loan product is the flagship product of Retail Assets which has been strengthened over the years through a diversified suite of variants like Salary transfer PL Personal Cash Loan Scholar Plus Education Loan Retail SME Loans Small Business Loans Overdraft Loan For Against FD and NRE FD linked Loan etc
Detailed Description:
This role will be responsible for working with the product management team for personal loan productsPL OD RSME Loans with the aim to maximize profitability and growth for the portfolio especially new volume bookings at optimal pricing The role holder is expected to work closely with the product management team in planning developing and implementation of the various initiatives which will enhance the product reach as well the customer experience including channel optimization training customer journey etcThe incumbent is expected to drive the development of integrated strategies across customer segment product andor portfolio along with the implementation of personal loan projects Furthermore incumbent is expected to actively monitor performance and make actionable and timely recommendations on Policy Process Product Features etc to achieve business targets
The role holder is expected to interface with several internal and external parties to ascertain strategic roadmap for the Personal Loan business and implement the associated action plan to achieve desired results
This role necessitates good understanding of aspects of Personal Loan product pricing local market knowledge and familiarity with key digitalsystem interfaces Driving new volumes along with prudent retention activities for Personal Loan Overdraft and Retail SME Loans aimed at improved customer experience is one of the key responsibilities Job role will involve below mentioned key responsibilities Increase new business penetration across key relationships Support multiple sales channels including but not limited to Direct SalesRBS RBS MPT2 Branchall clusters and RD team MultiChannelRBS MPT Call Center Indirect Channels etc Support channels with queries on product pricing and process Offer pricing support to channels on both fresh and existing customers Develop Maintain Circulate regular and ad hoc MISReports
Job Requirements:
Act as point of first reference for all product related enquiries and work collaboratively with colleagues of sales channels driving and motivating the team to optimize the channel productivity Attend all product related queries requests on pricing discounts clarifications on policy promotionscampaigns

Additional Details:
Graduate
Sales Marketing and Product development of Retail Lending Products
Minimum 35 years experience on Retail Banking
Knowledgeable in Retail banking products
Knowledgeable in banking systems
Ability to manage and interact with other key stakeholders both direct business units and support units
Ability to communicate well with others
Have good time management and able to work under pressure
Ability to multitask on multiple business priorities
Selfmotivated and must have a good decision making
Ability to balance workloads efficiently
Ability to work closely with other teams and departments
Ability to work seamlessly with all stakeholders both internal and external parties
Must have strong people skills
