Job Position – Assistant Sales Manager

Will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients. This role requires a proactive and results-driven professional who can generate new business, manage existing accounts, and consistently achieve sales targets while representing the ECOS lifestyle brand.
Key Responsibilities
-Develop and maintain relationships with key corporate accounts.
-Generate new business opportunities through proactive sales activities.
-Manage and grow existing accounts by ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
-Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations tailored to client needs.
-Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the management.
-Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
-You will maintain and develop key accounts for the property not limited to DIP, Production City, Jebel Ali areas.
Experience & Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales within the hospitality industry (UAE experience preferred).
-Strong background in handling corporate accounts.
-Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
-Knowledge of the Dubai corporate market will be a strong advantage.
