Position: Associate – Audit
Location: Ras Al Khaimah, UAE
The Investment and Development Office of Ras Al Khaimah is Hiring for Associate Audit. The candidate is required to assist in the execution of the internal audit covering specific aspects of the IDO’s Group Entities’ operations; assessing business processes and risks and evaluating internal controls to provide an independent appraisal of internal control for the sections allocated to him/her. Contribute to the delivery of the internal audit plan through the timely completion of assigned working papers.
This position is part of a team carrying out audit tasks under the close supervision of the Assistant Manager – Audit.
Desired qualifications, experience, and skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance
– CPA or Equivalent is preferred / or eligible to enroll for the CPA exam
– 2 to 3 years of audit experience in public accounting
– Knowledge of International Reporting Financial Standards (IFRS)
– Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred.
– Strong technical audit background
