Current Job Vacancies

1) QUANTITY SURVEYOR
– Strong experience in fit-out commercial and cost management
– BOQ, variations, valuations, claims, subcontractor accounts and final accounts
– Restaurant/F&B fit-out experience is highly preferred

2) JOINERY ESTIMATOR
– Experience in joinery and interior fit-out estimation
– Prepare detailed quotations, BOQs and material/labour costing
– Strong knowledge of joinery materials, finishes and shop drawings
– Experience in restaurant/F&B joinery projects is an advantage

3) PROCUREMENT OFFICER
– Experience in procurement for interior fit-out projects
– Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, finishes, joinery and MEP materials
– Source suppliers, obtain quotations and negotiate prices
– Manage purchasing, delivery schedules and supplier coordination

4) PROJECT MANAGER – FIT-OUT
– Proven experience managing complete interior fit-out projects
– Strong experience in Restaurant & F&B projects is highly preferred
– Responsible for project planning, execution, budget, programme, quality and handover
– Strong team leadership and client/subcontractor coordination skills

5) SITE ENGINEER / SITE SUPERVISOR
– Strong site experience in interior fit-out projects
– Experience in restaurants, F&B, hospitality or commercial fit-out is preferred
– Coordinate site activities, subcontractors, materials and daily works
– Ensure works are completed according to drawings, specifications, quality and programme

6) MECHANICAL ENGINEER – FIT-OUT
– Experience in MEP/Mechanical works within interior fit-out projects
– Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire protection and related systems
– Restaurant/F&B project experience is highly preferred
– Ability to coordinate MEP works with architectural and joinery works

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
– Proven UAE/GCC Fit-Out Experience
– Strong Restaurant & F&B Project Experience
– Knowledge of interior finishes, construction and site coordination
– Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
– Strong communication and coordination skills
– Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred
