Reports to: Operations Manager

This position will be accountable for operating and running attractions. Key tasks include: Welcoming customer and conducting transactions at the registers while actively promoting our tickets and packages. Ensuring customer safety in each area while also delivering exceptional customer service to each customer. Actively engage with the customer and proactively handle customer feedback while monitoring customer safety at all times. The applicant must be energetic and diligent with good communication skills and the ability to multitask.

 

Key accountabilities:

To welcome and serve customers in a friendly, energetic manner and provide exceptional customer experience to each customer.

To actively engage with customers in the areas and promote a fun and safe environment while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

To maintain a safe environment and actively monitor safety prevention and injury management on the floor to ensure adequate responses to incidents in a timely manor.

To ensure all areas are well presented and sanitized in preparation for customer use.

To actively promote our tickets and packages and perform cash handling duties while strictly adhering to cash handling policies.

To facilitate efficient customer flow through the venue and attractions.

To host group bookings and parties while interacting and engaging with the customers in the groups to deliver exceptional customer service.

To actively look for any maintenance issues and report these to the supervisor. Also assist with any maintenance or cleaning tasks as instructed by the supervisor on shift.

Desirable Experience:

Previous experience working in children’s play areas or arcade games.

Previous experience working in a cash handling role.
