Job Position – IT Support Lead

What you’ll do:
-Lead IT support operations and helpdesk teams
-Manage user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
-Oversee hardware, software, and network support
-Ensure system uptime and performance
-Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams
Ideal profile:
-Strong experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration
-Knowledge of networking, Windows/Mac systems, and troubleshooting
-Experience managing IT support teams
-Strong problem-solving and communication skills
