Hiring for a driven and experienced Wholesale Sales to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who understands specialty coffee, enjoys being in the field, and can represent a premium brand with confidence.

Key Requirements
-?Minimum 3-4 years of experience in specialty coffee
( Wholesale, green coffee, barista background, or coffee equipment sales)
-?Strong understanding of roast profiles, brew methods, and specialty coffee terminology
-?Valid UAE driving license and active driving experience
-?Willingness to work long and flexible hours
(client visits, tastings, events, exhibitions, occasional weekends)
-?Fluent in English
Key Responsibilities
-?Develop and grow B2B accounts (cafes, restaurants, hotels, offices, retailers)
-?Conduct coffee tastings, cuppings, and product presentations
-?Manage sample approval processes before volume orders
-?Build long-term client relationships and ensure brand consistency
-?Track sales pipeline and report performance regularly Ideal Profile
-?Background as a barista or roastery professional
-?Existing sales network in the UAE
-?Experience with exhibitions and industry events
-?Strong communication and negotiation skills
