Job Position – BIM Coordinator

Client who is one of the Worlds leading Engineering/Construction companies and actively participating in the UAE’s most prestigious/Iconic national projects
The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for BIM-related queries and issues within the project team, Facilitate regular BIM coordination meetings with stakeholders to review model progress and resolve clashes, Coordinate and integrate multidisciplinary BIM models (architecture, structure, MEP, etc.) to ensure seamless collaboration, Collaborate with project teams to ensure the seamless integration of design elements across multiple disciplines, Supervise and manage BIM modelers/detailers and BIM subcontractors, Oversee clash detection processes and facilitate the resolution of design conflicts using tools like Navisworks, ACC, and Revizto, Perform quality checks and assessments of models (both visually and automatically),
Review drawings, plans, and models to ensure compliance with project requirements, the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), codes, and industry standards (e.g., ISO 19650), Use the latest BIM tools/software to perform tasks (e.g., Autodesk, Revit, Civil 3D, Tekla, Revizto, ACC, BIM 360, Synchro), Import, link, and export different file formats, Prepare views, sections, renders, and walkthroughs for presentations, Extract and prepare schedules of quantities from 3D models, Set up and maintain BIM collaboration environments such as ACC, Aconex, or similar platforms, Maintain accurate documentation for BIM-related activities, workflows, and approvals, Prepare, monitor, and enforce compliance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project specific workflows, Prepare detailed reports on model quality, clash detection outcomes, and project progress for management.
You will also require a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Architecture, Engineering, or related field and Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator or in a similar role within the construction or architectural industry…. If you are interested in the role mentioned above,
