Position: Biomedical Technician
Qualifications and requirements:
– Bachelor of Science Degree in electrical or Biomedical Engineering.
– Associates degree in electronics or biomedical technology.
– 5 years of experience repairing medical imaging system.
– Over 7 years of experience repairing various radiology and imaging equipment.
– Specialized equipment may require candidate to gain a certain expertise only gained by working for an OEM vendor.
– Basic proficiency or certification in IP networking. Network certification or knowledge of how to troubleshoot and change network information on medical imaging systems i.e. PACS
