Candidates must have experience in similar role for 3-5 years
Experience on commissioning, testing of BMS Systems
General BMS with HVAC control knowledge,
Field sensor and instruments experiences (Air/Water and flow/pressure)
DDC controllers (Compact, Modular) Sequence of Operation preparation
FCU controller template programming
HVAC (Control VFD, Air Handling, Speed control of VFD, VAV integration)
Chill Water Pump control
Panel Program upload and testing
3rd party Integration [Modbus / BACnet / Lon works/ IP Protocols….]
BACnet/MSTP, Modbus/RS485, BACnet/IP, Modbus/IP, KNX, OPC protocol knowledge
Control and monitoring BMS points, and related components.
Networking basic and interfaces with 3rd party system
Graphics online verification and trouble shoot experience
Generating front end Graphics
Site supervision
Preparation of inspection documents
Attending consultant inspection
Salary package: 7000 Full Package
10 hours duty 6 days a week
Work Location: Katara
Duration: 3 Months
