Job Position – Book Keeper & Audit Assistant

Saturday Halfday
To perform daily accounting tasks that will support team
Responsibilities:
-Communicating with clients to better understand financial needs and report that information to the Accountant
-Managing basic office administrative tasks including filing, printing, reporting and emailing
-Recording and processing all financial and accounting practices, including profit and loss reports
-Working closely with accounting or financial professional to manage client’s records
-Maintaining bookkeeping and office accounting needs
-Determine the scope of internal audit
-Prepare and presents reports that clearly reflects the audit results
-Obtain, analyze, and evaluate accounting documentation, reports, and data
-Test and maintain a strong control framework for taxes
-Maintaining Client Tax department calendars and attendance
-Gather, organize and prepare tax returns and records.
-Create and maintain policies and procedures that ensure a sufficient level of tax management control.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting, or Finance
-Proven teamwork and problem-solving abilities
-Strong ability to work on multiple tasks or assignments
-Possess excellent communication skills
– Able to pay attention to detail
-Possess strong organizational skills
-Possess a high level of professionalism, integrity, and truthfulness in all dealings
-Knowledge of legal and financial systems
-Ability to do proper documentation; possess good record keeping ability
