Job Position – Branch Manager

Company- Al Ghurair Exchange

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the money exchange and remittance industry, with at least 4-6 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth & branch revenue.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the UAE financial regulations, including AML/KYC/CDD
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience managing a diverse team.
  • Proficiency in using financial systems and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
  • High level of integrity and adherence to ethical practices
