Job Position – Branch Manager
Company- Al Ghurair Exchange
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the money exchange and remittance industry, with at least 4-6 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth & branch revenue.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE financial regulations, including AML/KYC/CDD
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience managing a diverse team.
- Proficiency in using financial systems and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
- High level of integrity and adherence to ethical practices
