Job Position – Branch Manager

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry (mandatory)
-MBA in Healthcare Management, or related field (advantage)
-Additional certifications in healthcare management, leadership, or academic affairs (preferred)
-Proven experience in healthcare management, with a demonstrated track record of successfully achieving operational excellence, accreditation standards, and organizational goals
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee daily operations of the dental clinic, ensuring efficiency and high-quality patient care
-Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals
-Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards
-Manage budgets, resources, and financial performance
-Drive initiatives to achieve and maintain accreditations and compliance standards
-Collaborate with senior management to plan strategic growth and development
-Ensure a positive patient experience and maintain high satisfaction levels
