Job Position – Business Development Executive
Company Name – Navafiz
Location : Dubai, UAE.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships with key industries like Hospitality, MEP/Electro-Mechanical, Construction, Oil & Gas, Health Care/ Medical, Facility Management, Logistics, interior fit-out, and other industries.
-Generate the leads for the Blue collar (Skilled & Unskilled) in bulk numbers.
-Lead business development efforts to expand market presence and revenue.
-Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation through different channels like Social media (LinkedIn, Instagram), calling the Company’s HR/ Recruiters, and directly visiting clients.
– 2-3 Years of experience on same position is required
– Strong business acumen with effective communication skills
– Experience in account management
– Negotiation and networking abilities
– Ability to work collaboratively within a team
– Knowledge of the recruitment industry is a plus
– Identify and target potential clients in the Middle East.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with the clients
– Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Salary 2500 AED – 3000 AED [depending on experience]+ Commission (up to 20% for each project)
